GENERAL RULES FOR THEATREGOERS

• All performances begin at 6:30 p.m., and at 12 noon on Sundays (unless indicated otherwise).
• To avoid parking problems, please arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain up.
• Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium after the third warning chime. We welcome them to watch the broadcast of the performance in the lobby.
• Please avoid bringing preschool children to the evening performances – we kindly welcome them to matinee performances, dedicated to the little-ones.
• Unauthorised photographing and / or filming of any performance is prohibited.
• The theatre reserves the right to make alterations to the programme and cast. All performers are announced at www.opera.lt
  
  

TICKET SALES, RESERVATIONS, DISCOUNTS

• Advance bookings are automatically cancelled after 14 days, but no later than 14 days before the day of the performance. Group reservations (15 or more persons) are valid for 30 days, but no longer than 30 days until the day of the performance.
• Bookings are not accepted 14 days before the day of the performance.
• An hour before curtain-up, tickets are sold to the performance of that day only.
• In case the performance is sold out, there may be a possibility to purchase standby tickets and additional seats.
• Groups of more than 15 people may purchase tickets with a 15% discount. 
• One non-pre-booked ticket for day school pupils, students, teachers, lecturers, people with disabilities and seniors over 65 years of age (upon presentation of a certificate confirming the status) is sold with a 70% discount to the performance of that evening. The offer is valid one hour before the beginning of the performance, and one and a half hours in case of an educational event taking place that evening. This discount is only applied when purchasing tickets through the theatre's Box Office.
• Patrons using wheelchairs and their companions are admitted free of charge.
• Children up to 5 years of age may attend performances for children free of charge (without separate seats).
• The discounts cannot be combined and are unavailable for premiere performances, New Year's Eve events, events at the Chamber Hall and the Red Foyer, events that are not organized by the LNOBT and events that are not part of the regular repertoire.
• Representatives of social groups can send requests for an opportunity to receive free tickets to the performances of the current season by e-mail opera@opera.lt, or bring them in written form to LNOBT's secretary by 1 October of the current year.

RULES OF TICKET REFUNDS

• LNOBT is not responsible for tickets that were lost or damaged by the patrons.
• Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
• In case a performance is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund upon submitting the receipt within 3 working days of the Box Office or writing an e-mail to info@opera.lt.
• If the performances are cancelled not due to the fault of the LNOBT (force majeure circumstances), the tickets are returned in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania. If the procedure is not provided, the LNOBT Rules for Provision of Services to Users shall apply.

For those using a wheelchair and their personal assistant:
The theatre provides the most comfortable seating for audience members who use a wheelchair. These seats ensure good visibility and easy access to the hall. A person using a wheelchair is admitted free of charge. The accompanying person may also enter free of charge, but without a seat.

If the accompanying person is a personal assistant:
If the accompanying person is a personal assistant and presents a Personal Assistant Identification Card, they can receive a ticket with a 100% discount for a seat (if available) at the Theatre box office. To do so, it is necessary to be registered as the assistant of a specific person. To ensure a seat in the hall, please contact the Theatre’s information office in advance and register your visit. Upon prior registration, a free ticket will be reserved for both the person using a wheelchair and their personal assistant (with a seat, if available).

For people with other disabilities (not related to mobility):
Persons with disabilities who do not have mobility impairments (i.e., who do not use a wheelchair) are not eligible for free tickets. These audience members may receive a 70% discount on one ticket (if available) by presenting a disability certificate and purchasing an unreserved ticket one hour before the performance begins. If the accompanying person is a personal assistant and presents a Personal Assistant Identification Card, they can receive a ticket with a 100% discount for a seat (if available) at the Theatre box office.

The discount does not apply:
Discounts do not apply to non-repertoire performances, the New Year’s Eve event, or in cases where a personal assistant arrives without the identification card or without the person they assist.
