The theatre’s box office is open from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. If a performance is shown on Sunday evening, the box office is then open until the start of the performance. Luch break: from 3 pm to 3:30 pm.
Theatre’s information office is open from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Sunday is a day off. Luch break: from 1 pm to 1:30 pm.

No, you do not need to print your ticket – you can present it to the controller on your phone. It is important that the barcode is clearly visible and suitable for scanning. In case you have any doubts about the brightness of your phone screen or the visibility of the code, we recommend printing your ticket on a white sheet of paper.
We regret to inform that you must present your original ticket at the time of inspection. If the ticket was purchased at the Theatre Box Office – you must present a physical ticket. If the ticket was purchased online, you can display the electronic version of the ticket on your phone (printing is not necessary).
Children under 5 years of age are admitted to children's performances for free, provided that they do not occupy an additional seat.
We regret to inform you that copies of tickets are not issued. If you would like to receive a ticket printed at the box office, please contact the information service in advance by phone or e-mail and reserve tickets. You will be able to purchase them upon arrival at the Theatre box office.

Reservations are possible if there are at least 2 weeks left before the event. Tickets are reserved for a period of 2 weeks. Group reservations are valid for 30 days, no longer than 30 days before the event.
We regret to inform you that the rules for providing theatre services to users stipulate that tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
When browsing the theatre’s repertoire brochure, you may notice that each performance has a price list. The price list indicates the price group of the performance. Each performance and its date is assigned a certain price list depending on several key aspects, i.e. the cast of performers of that day's performance, the number of theatre guests, the amount of set designs, etc.
Subscription 5+ and 5+ Weekends are annual theatre promotions for tickets. The main rule is that you must choose 5 or more performances from the specified list. Subscription 5+ includes performances taking place on weekdays (Tuesdays-Thursdays) – this subscription provides a 35% discount. Meanwhile, 5+ Weekends - provides a 25% discount on performances taking place on Fridays and weekends. Subscriptions can be purchased during the promotion period, upon arrival at the theatre box office or on the theatre website.
Additional seats can only be put on sale when the hall is fully booked. Currently, it is not possible to purchase additional seat tickets and standing tickets online, you can only purchase them at the theatre’s box office. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The theatre does not assume responsibility for resold tickets. The theatre does not exchange or re-distribute sold tickets. Tickets are not personal, therefore their transfer to other persons is possible, however, the ticket owners themselves are responsible for the circumstances and consequences of reselling tickets.
Arrival to the theatre
Audience members are admitted to the theatre 1 hour before the start of the performance (unless indicated otherwise). If you arrive earlier, please wait in the box office lobby.
After the 3rd warning chime, spectators are not allowed into the hall. Latecomers can watch the broadcast of the performance on the screen in the marble foyer of the Theatre.
We regret to inform you that the Theatre does not have a parking lot for spectators, so you should park your car in the nearby parking lots owned by the Vilnius City Municipality. The nearest parking lots belong to the Red zone, charged from 8 am to 10 pm, price – 2.50 EUR per hour. The Old Town has a Blue zone, charged around the clock, price – 3.50 EUR for the first hour of parking, 4.00 EUR – from the second hour of parking.
Group buses can be parked in the parking lots on Vilniaus St. in front of the main entrance of the theatre or on Goštauto St., closer to the river. The number of parking spaces is limited, so please allow extra time for audience disembarkation and bus parking.
It is convenient to get to LNOBT by public transport – there are bus and trolleybus stops nearby. From Vilnius bus and railway stations, the theatre can be reached in ~10 min. by public transport or ~20 min. on foot. From the airport – about 20–30 min. by taxi or public transport.
To reach LNOBT from Vilnius bus and railway stations, you can use the following public transport routes:
Buses: 1G, 53.
Trolleybuses: 2, 20.
It is convenient to get from Vilnius Airport to LNOBT by the following bus routes:
Buses: 3G (until Žaliasis tiltas station), 88.
It is recommended to dress elegantly for the performance, avoiding overly casual clothing.
What kind of clothing is appropriate for premiere performances?
Premiere performances often follow a Black Tie dress code:
For men: tuxedo or suit with a tie
For women: evening dress or an elegant ensemble
Discounts and promotions
If the event tickets are not sold out, an hour before the performance, a discount is applied to full-time students, schoolchildren, teachers, lecturers and persons over 65 years of age. Persons who meet these criteria have the opportunity to purchase one non-reserved ticket with a 70% discount. We remind you that the discount is applied upon presentation of a document confirming the established criteria.
The theatre offers a personal assistant discount, which can be used upon presentation of a document proving the status of a personal assistant (for minors – a disability certificate and the contact details of one of the accompanying parents) and purchase a ticket with a 100% discount. This data is included in the personal assistant register, which is used when granting free tickets to LNOBT repertory performances.
Services, rental
Yes, you can rent binoculars and chair lifts at the theatre. Binoculars and chair lifts are rented by booklet vendors in the Red Lobby. Binoculars are rented for €3; chair lifts are €2.
We regret that it is not possible to hold personal or commercial photo shoots in the theatre premises.

The LNOBT café is open 1 hour before the performance and during breaks between acts. If the event takes place without a break, the café is open 1 hour before and 30 minutes after the event. Advance orders are accepted for groups of 15 or more people. For catering orders, please contact us by e-mail at info@operarenginiai.lt.

We kindly ask you to come to the evening performances with children aged 7 and over.
Bringing food and drinks into the hall is strictly prohibited.
Outdoor clothing is not allowed in the hall. Please leave your outdoor clothing in the locker rooms located in the Marble Lobby.
Once the third warning chime has sounded and the performance has begun, spectators will not be allowed into the hall. Latecomers are invited to watch the performance on the television located in the marble lobby.
Performance booklets and souvenirs are sold at the theatre box office and at sales points located in the Red Lobby.
We offer tours for both groups and individual visitors who can join a group.

Taking photos or filming during events is strictly prohibited.
Flowers intended for performers are welcome to be left in the designated area in the Marble Lobby. Please ensure that the flowers you deliver have a card with the artist's name and surname so that the gift reaches the correct recipient.
The duration of each non-premiere performance can be found on the performance description page as well as in physical repertoire leaflets. If the performance is a premiere, the final duration is known only after the dress rehearsal. In such case, please inquire about the duration of the performance on the day of the first premiere by calling the information desk (05 262 0727) or emailing info@opera.lt.

Persons wishing to arrive with an assistance dog, please contact us by e-mail: info@opera.lt for special seat reservations.
Disabled people with wheelchairs are invited to arrive via the ramp located on the left side of the building (from Lelevelio St. side, near the stage door to LNOBT). Persons with wheelchairs are taken to the Red Lobby by a lift or elevator, and the wheelchair is delivered to the parterre, row 9, where the entrance to the hall is without stairs.
