LNOBT Announces a Review Competition

LNOBT announces the premiere review contest for the Season 103! Your texts about the premieres will be evaluated by online readers and a panel of professionals, and prizes shall await the authors of the best reviews.

Conditions and Prizes

• We await reviews of the following performances: "Rigoletto", "Planet Deluxe", "Lamb of God", "Enchanted Eyes", "Les millions d’Arlequin" and another premiere of the "Opera Genome" project.
• The length of reviews is approximately 2000 to 8000 characters. They will be published on www.opera.lt; the best reviews may also be published in theatre’s publications and in the media.
• Upon submitting reviews, the authors agree that they will be made public. Reviewers have the right to sign with a pseudonym, but the authors of the selected reviews will have to reveal their identity to the theatre.
• After each premiere, the main winner of the competition shall be chosen by the jury and will be awarded a cash prize of 400 Euros. The authors of the two reviews that are the highest ranked and receive the most likes from the online readers will receive invitations to the next premiere.
• The reviewers take care of visiting the performance themselves. The theatre reserves the right not to accept or publish reviews if they do not comply with ethical norms or grossly violate the dignity of a person.
