Bravissimo – Magazine Dedicated to the Art of Opera and Ballet

First published in September, 2005. 

CREDO 
Magazine about the art of opera and ballet, presenting high-quality articles about the creative life of the LNOBT and other theatres in Lithuania and the world.  

THEMES 
Many opera and ballet theatres of the world have their own magazines (i.e. Metropolitan Opera’s “Opera News”), old traditions are nurtured by “Opera”, German “Opernwelt”, French “Dance Magazine”, etc. Such magazines are characterized by high-quality typography, professional articles. “Bravissimo” presents reviews of opera and ballet productions, theatre personalities, articles by reviewers and theatre news from Lithuania and the world.

HEADLINES 
Most important events are presented in different columns, such as “Under the Stage Lights”, “Vis-à-vis” – portrait of an artist, “Theme” and “History Pages” – for analytical and historical articles, “I Remember the Lovely Moment”  - a nostalgic column covering events of the past and telling the stories of the opera and ballet stars of the past, “Theaters of the World”, “Reviews” and “Miscellaneous News”” – panorama of theatrical life and theatrical context of the world. “About Us” – a look into the intriguing backstage of the theatre, “Coda”, “Theatre’s Friends” – a place for previews from our partners. 

OUR STRENGHTS
“Bravissimo” is dedicated to the fans of opera and ballet, interested in the theatrical art and nurturing their aesthetical and spiritual tastes. Thus the magazine is oriented towards good quality and visual aestheticism.

Distributed through the LNOBT, Kaunas and Klaipėda State Musical Theatre, Klaipėda Concert Hall.
